A power cutting tool (1) comprises a housing, a motor disposed within the housing, a cutting head (300) which can be converted between a cutting mode and a trimming mode and which is driven by the motor to rotate around a first axis in a working plane, an elongated handle assembly (100) connected to the housing, and a guard (30) fixedly arranged relative to the cutting head (300). It is convenient for the cutting and trimming operations by such arrangement of the wheel assembly (400).
