The present invention provides a distortion correction method and a distortion correction apparatus for a non-focal photoacoustic image using an optical coherence tomographic (OCT) image. The distortion correction method for the non-focal photoacoustic image using the OCT image comprises the steps of: (1) acquiring an original photoacoustic image and an original OCT image of a biological tissue sample by using a photoacoustic imaging unit and an optical coherence tomography unit; (2) receiving the original photoacoustic image and the original OCT image acquired in step (1) by a photoacoustic image distortion correction unit; and (3) correcting distortion of the original photoacoustic image based on the original OCT image received by the photoacoustic image distortion correction unit. According to the distortion correction method and the distortion correctionapparatus for the non-focal photoacoustic image using the OCT image proposed in the present invention, the distortion of the photoacoustic image, which is caused by the distance between the position of an ultrasonic transducer of a photoacoustic microscope imaging device and the acquisition position of a photoacoustic signal changed by sample scanning, is corrected based on the OCT image. Therefore, it is possible to effectively correct the distortion of the photoacoustic image in a depth direction generated in a conventional photoacoustic microscope imaging device and to enable acquisition of a more accurate photoacoustic tomographic image. In addition, according to the present invention, it is possible to continuously correct the distortion of the photoacoustic image by using a method of correcting the photoacoustic image based on an OCT image which is obtained by photographing and acquiring one position with the photoacoustic microscope imaging device and an optical coherence tomography apparatus simultaneously.본 발명은 광단층 영상을 이용한 비초점 광음향 영상 왜곡 보정 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 광단층 영상을 이용한 비초점 광음향 영상 왜곡 보정 방법으로서, (
