The invention relates to the field of medicine, and more particularly to traumatology and orthopaedics.An apparatus for external osteosynthesis includes a structure comprised of an extensible device consisting of three arms and an attachment, and clamping devices with pairs of needles, which are attached to either end of the extensible device.The second arm of the extensible device is inserted inside the first arm, and the third arm is attached to the second arm by means of an internal screw, the second arm being fastened by a screw on the first arm. The third arm is capable of being extended from the second arm by unscrewing of the internal screw, thus moving apart the clamping devices and the bone ends fastened therein. The clamping devices contain threaded rods capable of being turned so that the pairs of needles approach one another, fastening the two parts of a broken bone. The pairs of needles and the clamping devices are capable of being fastened by screws so that the aligned bone is fastened in an immobile state. The invention makes it possible for the apparatus for external osteosynthesis to be used in many types of limb bone fractures irrespective of the length and width of the bone.L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la médecine et, plus particulièrement, à la traumatologie et l'orthopédie.L'invention concerne un appareil d'ostéosynthèse externe comprenant une structure de dispositif amovible, qui se compose de trois articulations, une douille et des dispositifs de serrage avec des aiguilles appariées venant se fixer des deux côtés du dispositif amovible. Dans la première articulation du dispostif amovible vient s'insérer la deuxième articulation à laquelle est fixée, par une vis interne, la troisième articulation, tandis que la deuxième articulation vient se fixer par une vis sur la première articulation.
