The present invention relates to a transparent eye drop containing fluorometholone acetate as an active ingredient. More specifically, the transparent eye drop of the present invention comprises an additive for enhancing a solubility of fluorometholone acetate insoluble in water. By selecting hydroxypropyl gamma cyclodextrin, gamma cyclodextrin, or a mixture thereof as the additive for enhancing the solubility, fluorometholone acetate is contained as the active ingredient and the transparent eye drop is provided.
