The purpose of the present invention is to provide conveyor rollers for a seeding machine which are easily attached onto or detached from a conveyor onto which a seeding machine is attached. In conveyor rollers for the seeding machine which are connected to the conveyor to transfer nursery boxes along a conveyor on the top of which a seeding machine is installed, the conveyor rollers for the seeding machine include: a metal shaft which is formed in a cylindrical shape, in both end portions of which each of stepped parts is formed in a way that the stepped parts are formed from the top to the bottom, and in which a fixing groove is formed in a way that the fixing groove is spaced apart from the stepped parts and formed from the top to the bottom; bearing fixtures each of which is connected to both sides of the shaft in a state that the bearing fixtures are spaced apart from the stepped parts such that the shaft is rotatable, in which each of bearings is installed such that the bearings are rotatable in a state that the shaft is inserted into the bearings, and on which each of conveyor fixing wings is formed such that the conveyor fixing wings are extended in front and rear directions and are fixable to the conveyor; a synthetic resin driven roller which is installed at one side between one pair of the bearing fixtures, which has a plurality of protrusions formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof, and which is injected onto the shaft and integrally formed with the shaft; a driven roller which is installed at other side between one pair of the bearing fixtures, on which an outer roller is formed, the outer roller being formed in a cylindrical shape of a synthetic resin and having a plurality of projections formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof, and which has an insertion pipe formed on an inner side of the outer roller in a way that the insertion pipe is formed in a cylindrical shape of metallic material, integrally injected with the outer roll
