The present invention comprises: a temperature control unit for separating a fluid into a hot stream and a cold stream, and supplying the same into an object to be cooled； and a humidity control unit (30) for absorbing humid air inside the object to be cooled, wherein the hot stream separated by the temperature control unit is fed to the humidity control unit (30) so as to remove moisture in the air absorbed from the object to be cooled.본 발명은 유체를 온류(Hot stream)와 냉류(Cold stream)로 분리하여 냉각대상 내로 공급하는 온도조절부； 및 냉각대상 내의 습한 공기를 흡수하는 습도조절부；를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 온도조절부에서 분리된 온류는 습도조절부(30)로 이송되어 냉각대상으로부터 흡수된 공기의 수분을 제거하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
