Disclosed are a backscattered ray shielding mechanism and a portable X-ray generating device comprising same. The backscattered ray shielding mechanism, according to the present invention, is mounted on a portable X-ray generating device held in the hand of a photographer in order to emit X-rays, and shields backscattered X-rays when the X-rays are emitted, the backscattered ray shielding mechanism comprising a lead-free lightweight shielding member which is mounted on an X-ray emitting unit of the portable X-ray generating device in a variable form so as to be capable of being attached/detached or folded/unfolded, and which has one portion thereof supported on the X-ray emitting unit.La présente invention concerne un mécanisme de blindage contre les rayons rétrodiffusés et un dispositif de génération de rayons X portable comprenant celui-ci. Le mécanisme de blindage contre les rayons rétrodiffusés, selon la présente invention, est monté sur un dispositif de génération de rayons X portable tenu dans la main d'un photographe afin d'émettre des rayons X, et protège contre les rayons X rétrodiffusés lorsque les rayons X sont émis, le mécanisme de blindage contre les rayons rétrodiffusés comprenant un élément de blindage léger sans plomb qui est monté sur une unité d'émission de rayons X du dispositif de génération de rayons X portable sous une forme variable de manière à pouvoir être fixé/détaché ou plié/déplié, et qui comporte une partie de celui-ci soutenue sur l'unité d'émission de rayons X.후방 산란선 차폐 기구 및 이를 포함하는 포터블 엑스선 발생장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 후방 산란선 차폐 기구는, 촬영자가 손으로 잡고 엑스선을 조사하는 포터블 엑스선 발생장치에 장착되어 엑스선 방출 시에 후방으로 산란된 엑스선을 차폐하는 후방 산란선 차폐 기구로서, 상기 포터블 엑스선 발생장치의 엑스선 출사부에 착탈 가능하게 또는 접었다 펼수 있는 가변형으로 장착되고, 상기 엑스선 출사부에 그 일부가 지지되는 무연 경량 차폐 부재를 포함한다.
