The invention relates to an oral nicotine delivery product containing a powder enclosed in a water insoluble bag, wherein said bag is permeable to saliva and parts of the powder are dissolved therein, wherein said powder comprises at least a) nicotine selected from the group consisting of tobacco, nicotine salts, nicotine base, stabilized nicotine and mixtures thereof corresponding to 0.1 to 20 mg of nicotine in the form of nicotine base and b) a chewing gum composition.La invención se refiere a un producto de administración oral de nicotina que contiene un polvo encerrado en una bolsa insoluble en agua, en el que dicha bolsa es permeable a la saliva y en ella se disuelven partes del polvo, en donde dicho polvo comprende al menos a) nicotina seleccionada del grupo que consiste en tabaco, sales de nicotina, base de nicotina, nicotina estabilizada y mezclas de las mismas que corresponden a 0,1 a 20 mg de nicotina en forma de base de nicotina y b) una composición de chicle.
