PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handpiece for a plasma irradiation device having a large effect of sterilization, etc. due to plasma and having high operability.SOLUTION: A handpiece 3 includes: a housing 31 a first electrode 32 arranged with a hole 32a enabling air to pass therethrough a second electrode 33 extended in a longitudinal direction of the housing 31, including a tip facing the hole 32a, and arranged so as to enable electrical discharge to be performed between the first electrode 32 and the second electrode a connection member 34 and a metal pipe 35 extended in the longitudinal direction of the housing 31 and connecting the first electrode 32 to a different electrical potential from the second electrode 33 and an insulation tube 36 insulating the connection member 34, etc. and the second electrode 33 from each other. Plasma generated from the electrical discharge is emitted from a tip through the hole 32. The housing 31 includes a bending part 3b having a bending shape. The insulation tube 36 has flexibility and is extended along the bending part.
