PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear medicine diagnosis device that allows the number of divisions for one heart beat and an addition phase range to be set for each subject, and an image processing device.SOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic device 10 includes: a gamma camera 11 that detects a gamma ray emitted from a radio isotope administered to a subject a phase period-based image generation part 32 and an addition phase period setting part 33. The phase period-based image generation part 32 divides one heart beat into a plurality of phase periods and generates an image of heart muscle in each of the phase periods. The addition phase period setting part 33 uses a predetermined one of the phase periods as a start phase period and sequentially adds the heart muscle image of a phase period continuous from the start phase period to the heart muscle image of the start phase period.
