The present invention relates to a plant growth apparatus which is formed to grow vegetables by being placed at a predetermined space of a building structure including a balcony of an apartment. More specifically, the plant growth apparatus comprises: a lower waterspout configured by horizontally attaching a waterspout support on three to four struts having predetermined heights and fixing the same by using fastening bolts; a pan head formed at a predetermined height from the center portion of the lower waterspout; a central water supply pipe which is vertically installed by penetrating the center of the lower waterspout and the pan head, has a water supply path formed in the center portion thereof, and has a nozzle mounted at an upper end thereof; a rotary growth apparatus which is stacked on the upper surface of the pan head to be horizontally installed; a rotary growth apparatus cover which is stacked and coupled to the upper portion of a culture medium accommodation container; a small motor installed on the outer circumference of the upper surface of the pan head; and an intermittent drive unit which intermittently rotates the rotary growth apparatus by a predetermined angle when a driving gear attached to a rotary shaft of the small motor is in contact with an inside diameter gear. In the rotary growth apparatus, a rotary shaft pipe is formed at the center portion thereof so that the central water supply pipe can be inserted into the center hole; a flooding prevention wall is formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof; the inside diameter gear having a toothed gear formed on the inner surface thereof is formed by attaching a circular frame body using the center hole of the rotary shaft pipe as the central axis to the bottom surface thereof; and the culture medium accommodation container is formed on the upper surface thereof to configure a culture medium accommodation unit in a polygonal shape.
