PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for applying a seasoning liquid to laver which uses no sponge roll, simplifies washing, and suppresses propagation of germs when automatically applying a seasoning liquid to sheet-like laver.SOLUTION: This method for applying a seasoning liquid to both the sides of laver includes using an application apparatus which is disposed with an upstream conveyer 4 for laver on one side of a tank 3 which contains a seasoning liquid, and a downstream conveyer 5 on the other side, and hthe tank 3 has an upper part having a liquid soaking conveyer 6 which passes laver from the upstream conveyer 4 under the seasoning liquid in the tank 3 and guides it to the downstream conveyer 5, wherein the laver is guided to the inside of the tank 3 in the middle of conveyance of the laver, and passed under the seasoning liquid and discharged to the outside of the tank 3.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】シート状海苔に調味液を自動的に塗布するに際して、スポンジロールを用いず、洗浄の簡便化と雑菌の繁殖を抑える。【解決手段】調味液を容れたタンク3の一方側に、海苔の上流側搬送部4、他方に下流側搬送部5を配備し、タンク3上には、上流側搬送部4からの海苔をタンク3内の調味液に潜らせてから下流側搬送部5に案内する液漬け搬送部6を有する塗布装置を用い、海苔の搬送途上でタンク3内に海苔を案内して、海苔を調味液に潜らせてからタンク3外に排出することによって、海苔の両面に調味液を塗布する。【選択図】図2
