PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green juice food product suppressed in grassy smell, harsh taste and bitter taste, easy to intake, and excellent in palatability, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A green juice food product includes 1-20 mass% of triglyceride having medium chain fatty acid with a carbon number of 6-12 as the constituent fatty acid. Preferably, the constituent fatty acid of the triglyceride is composed of only medium chain fatty acid with a carbon number of 6-12. More preferably, the constituent fatty acid of the triglyceride is composed of only medium chain fatty acid with a carbon number of 8 or 10.
