Ferner bezieht sich die vorliegende Erfindung auf ein Implantat mit mindestens einem Bereich mit einer Oberflächenstruktur, welche aus in zueinander beabstandeten Reihen angeordneten Strukturelementen (6) besteht. Die Strukturelemente (6) sind dabei durch Vertiefungen (4) voneinander getrennt, welche durch Materialumformung hergestellt sind.
