Disclosed are 7-(heteroaryl)-18-phenyl-10,13,14,16,17,18-hexahydro-15,2-(azeno)-8,4-(metheno)cyclopenta[h][1,6,10,12]oxatriazacycloheptadecine derivatives as represented by the general formula (I), including pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R1 is a nitrile group, or is a five- or six-membered optionally substituted heteroaromatic ring A is selected from O, CH2, or is a bond B is selected from -(CH2)n-, -CH=CH-, and -(CH2)nCH(R3)- D is selected from O, NR3, -CH(OH)-, -CH(OR3)-, and -CH(N[R3]2)-, or is a bond E is selected from -(CH2)n-, -CH=CH- and -(CH2)nCH(R3)- F is selected from O and NR3, or is a bond G is selected from &ndashCH2&ndash, &ndashCH2&ndashCH2&ndash, NR3, and &ndashN(R3)&ndashCH2- S, T, and U are independently selected from carbon and nitrogen, with the proviso that no more than one of S, T, and U is nitrogen R2 is optionally one, two, or three of the following: halogen, alkoxy, OCF3, alkyl, CN R3 is independently alkyl or hydrogen and n is 0-3.
