The multi-layer bio scaffold using 3D printing according to the present invention includes: a PLA (Poly Lactic Acid) platform printed with a 3D printer； By comprising nanofiber layers formed on both sides of the PLA platform, it is possible to have a higher mechanical strength than the nanofiber based scaffold while providing an excellent cell growth environment.본 발명에 따른 3D 인쇄를 이용한 다층 바이오 스캐폴드는, 3D 프린터로 인쇄된 PLA(Poly Lactic Acid) 플랫폼과； 상기 PLA 플랫폼의 양쪽면에 구성되는 나노 섬유층을 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 우수한 세포 성장 환경을 제공하면서 나노 섬유 기반 스캐폴드보다 더 높은 기계적 강도를 가질 수 있게 된다.
