PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eating rod for feeding a dead bait or a compounded diet to an animal preying on live baits.SOLUTION: A rod-like stick (2) (with a tool through which a line or another kind of string is passed) is fixed to the upper part or the front end of a shank (1) of a grip (with a fixing tool of a line or another kind of string). A line (or another kind of string) is fixed to the fixing tool of (1) and the line (or the other kind of string) is passed through a tool at the front end of (2). Alternatively, it is fixed only to the front end.
