The invention relates to combinations comprising an HDAC inhibitor and an immunomodulatory drug for the treatment of multiple myeloma in a subject in need thereof. The combinations may, optionally, further comprise an anti-inflammatory agent, such as dexamethasone. Also provided herein are methods for treating multiple myeloma in a subject in need thereof comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of one of the above combinations.La presente invención se refiere a combinaciones que comprenden un inhibidor de HDAC y un fármaco inmunomodulador para el tratamiento de mieloma múltiple en un sujeto en necesidad del mismo.
