The present invention relates to a hemostatic band manufacturing system and, more specifically, to a hemostatic band manufacturing system capable of improving productivity and securing a certain level or higher of quality by automating the entire process of manufacturing a hemostatic band. The hemostatic band manufacturing system comprises: a first processing module in which a tape fabric having a band shape and an adhesive surface formed on an upper surface thereof and a pad fabric having a band shape and made of a material capable of absorbing blood are injected from the front, wherein a pad formed by punching the pad fabric positioned on the upper side of the tape fabric in a predetermined shape is attached to the adhesive surface to form a first processing band； an attachment module for receiving the first processing band and attaching a first release paper having a band shape to the adhesive surface to form a second processing band； a second processing module for pressing, from the upper side, the second processing band injected from the front to cut the tape fabric in a predetermined shape larger than the pad by a blade provided below the second processing band； and a separation module for receiving the second processing band from the second processing module and separating the tape fabric outside the cut from the second processing band to form a hemostatic band in a semi-finished product state.
