PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaning device that realize high-efficiency removal of germs and the like from polluted air and suppression of increase in manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: The air cleaning device includes: a container body 2 storing a liquid a pump 3 pumping up the liquid A a nozzle 5 installed on a discharge port of the pump 3 a reflector 6 which is provided above the nozzle 5 to reflect the liquid A discharged from the nozzle 5 a tubular body 12 disposed inside the container body 2 so as to surround the reflector 6 and the nozzle 5, having top and bottom openings, and extending in the vertical direction a blower 9 provided above the reflector 6, and blowing the air PA taken from an air intake port 8 into the tubular body 12 a flow passage C guiding a mixture MA of the air PA and droplets of the liquid A flowing downward through a mixture space B inside the tubular body 12 so as to fold back the mixture MA above the outside of the tubular body 12 and an air discharge port 10 provided on the downstream side of the flow passage C. The air PA taken from the outside can be very efficiently brought into contact with the liquid A.
