The spool is rotatably disposed between the first body part and the second body part. The spool includes a bobbin trunk, a first flange, and a second flange. The first flange is on a first body part side of the bobbin trunk, and has a smaller diameter than the first body part. The second flange is on a second body part side of the bobbin trunk, and has a smaller diameter than the second body part. The first body part includes a cutout part on an outer edge of the first body part. The cutout part is adjacent to the thumb rest and to an outer edge of the first flange of the spool.
