PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-function shoe pad, which can cause air convection and is skidproof.SOLUTION: The shoe pad 2 includes a sheet 10 brought into tight contact with a human sole. The sheet 10 has a hollow bulge 111. The hollow bulge 111 has: a convex surface integrally formed of a protrusion on a top side of the sheet 10, a concave surface integrally formed of a recess in a bottom side of the sheet corresponding to the convex surface and an air chamber 15 formed of the concave surface. The air chamber 15 of the hollow bulge 111 is deformable between a compressed state and an uncompressed state. The hollow bulge 111 is forced by the users sole, while the user is walking, the hot air inside the air chamber 15 is exhausted.
