PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coinjection device capable of appropriately executing automatic processing of a part or the whole of coinjection processing.SOLUTION: A coinjection device 1 includes: a container holding unit 25 for holding a medicine container 10； an injection syringe operation unit 26 for holding an injection syringe 11 and operating the injection syringe 11； and a controller 500 for controlling the container holding unit 25 and the injection syringe operation unit 26.
