The present invention relates to a fomentation composition and a fomentation apparatus also used for furniture using the same, in order to discharge ingredients of the composition having useful effects for a human body during fomentation and be usable as the furniture such as a bed and a sofa, wherein the composition is realized to contain 45-53 wt% of biotite powder, 25-35 wt% of black pearl powder, 7-13 wt% of cinnamon powder, 7-13 wt% of mugwort powder and 1-3 wt% of silver powder based on the total weight of the fomentation composition.
