PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for washing colon.SOLUTION: The invention is a method for washing a colon of a subject before diagnostic, therapeutic or surgical treatment comprising: administering an effective dose of a first colon washing solution to a subject； and administering an effective dose of a second colon washing solution to the subject, and the second colon washing solution is regulated in the application.
