The present invention relates to a method for generating neural stem cells induced from non-neural cells through direct reprogramming and a use thereof. As the method for generating induced neural stem cells according to the present invention allows the generation of induced neural stem cells from non-neural cells even when only two inducing factors such as Sox2 and c-Myc are used, the method can generate induced neural stem cells more effectively than conventional generation methods using four or five inducing factors. The induced neural stem cells generated by the method exhibit excellent differentiation potency and proliferation ability, and thus can be applied to therapeutic purposes in the future.본 발명은 직접 리프로그래밍을 통한 비신경 세포로부터 유도된 신경줄기세포 제조 방법 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유도 신경 줄기세포의 생산 방법은 유도 인자로서 Sox2와 c-Myc의 2개 유도인자만을 이용하여도 비신경 세포로부터 유도 신경줄기세포를 제작할 수 있기 때문에, 기존의 4개의 인자, 5개의 유도인자를 이용한 생산 방법보다 더 효율적으로 유도 신경 줄기세포를 제작할 수 있으며, 상기 방법으로 제조된 유도신경줄기세포는 분화능 및 증식능이 우수한 바, 이를 향후 치료목적으로 활용할 수 있다.
