The invention relates to medicine, and specifically to laser medicine. Intravenous treatment of the blood is carried out with laser light having a wavelength in one of the spectral ranges of 620-650, 1050-1080 or 1240-1280 nm at a power output of 0.5-40 mW. The lasers are used in a pulsed-intermittent or continuous mode, and the duration of the irradiation is determined in accordance with the radiation power output and spectral efficiency of the light and oxygen effect. The course of treatment amounts to 8-15 procedures lasting 15-60 minutes at an interval of 2-3 days. Furthermore, the administration of traditional photosensitizing dyes is eliminated. The use of the invention ensures deep penetration of singlet oxygen into a mass of tumorous tissue and cessation of tumorous growth of tissues, prevents cosmetic imperfection and post-operative complications owing to the rapid healing of the affected area, and reduces injury caused by the method and the number of relapses.Linvention concerne le domaine de la médecine et notamment de la médecine par laser. On effectue le traitement du sang au moyen de la lumière laser avec une longueur dondes dans lune des gammes spectrales de 620-650, 1050-1080 ou 1240-1280 nm, avec une puissance de sortie de 0,5-40 mW. On utilise des lasers dans des modes à impulsions périodiques ou continus, et on détermine la durée dirradiation en fonction de la puissance de sortie du rayonnement et de lefficacité spectrale de leffet lumière et oxygène. Le traitement est constitué de 8 à 15 séances dune durée de 15 à 60 séparées dun intervalle de 2-3 jours. On évite linjection de photosensibilisateurs et colorants traditionnels. Lutilisation de linvention permet une pénétration profonde de loxygène singulet dans lépaisseur du tissu tumoral et la cessation de la croissance des tumeurs, empêche les défauts cosmétiques et les complications postopératoires grâce à une cicatrisation rapide de la région touchée, et réduit le degré de traumatisme et le nom
