PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder removing apparatus for a solid matter that can prevent re-attachment of removed powder to improve powder removing performance.SOLUTION: A powder removing apparatus 1 for removing powder attaching to a solid matter includes: a loading hopper 12 to which the solid matter is loaded an electrical neutralization mechanism 11 connected to the loading hopper 12 and supplying an ionized gas a cylindrical body 14 through which the solid matter loaded in the loading hopper 12 passes and an exhaust part 7 connected to a suction device 27.
