PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control tillage depth variation of a rotary tillage device, generated due to hardness of a farm field soil or undulation of plow sole, etc., thereby making constant the soil volume in front of a ridge forming plate of a ridge forming device, to prevent the ridge forming plate from carrying surplus soil to a front side.SOLUTION: The ridge forming device includes: a rotary tillage device R connected in a rear part of a tractor for loosening soil a ridge forming unit A including one or plural ridge forming plates and mounted in a right rear part of the rotary tillage device R for heaping up loosened soil and forming a ridge K and a ground contact wheel unit including at least two ground contact wheels W for fixing the tillage depth of the rotary tillage device R. The ridge forming device forms the ridge K by the ridge forming plate of the ridge forming unit A by the tractor travelling.
