The invention relates to a method of preparing a tablet, preferably a tablet for immediate release and having a high drug load, containing crizotinib in form of the free base and lubricant, both in specific amounts. The invention further relates to a tablet obtainable by said method.Linvention concerne un procédé de préparation dun comprimé, de préférence un comprimé à libération immédiate et ayant une charge de médicament élevée, contenant du crizotinib sous la forme dune base libre et un lubrifiant, tous deux dans des quantités spécifiques.
