The present invention relates to a medical hypochlorous acid mixing system for supplying hypochlorous acid at a needed and proper concentration by pressurizing hypochlorous acid at a predetermined concentration with a pump and injecting the pressurized hypochlorous acid into a main pipe in which raw water flows a flow restrictor which is installed between a rear end portion of the pump and the main pipe and enables the constant amount of hypochlorous acid, pressurized and discharged by the pump, to be supplied to the main pipe and a first reducing valve which is arranged on the main pipe and maintains pressure of the raw water to be constant before hypochlorous acid is supplied to the main pipe.
