The present invention relates to a combination composition comprising two or more layers, one layer of said composition comprising vildagliptin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or polymorph of vildagliptin, and the other layer of said composition comprising gliclazide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or polymorph of gliclazide. At least one film coating layer is provided in the composition, this layer providing a coating for each layer separately, or for the combined surfaces of said layers, and comprising polyethylene glycol-polyvinyl alcohol copolymer or methacrylate polymer in an amount corresponding to 1 to 5% of the total composition weight.
