A cap member (300) comprises a front plate (310), an elastic hook (330), and a cap member separating hole (350). An extension part is extended from a side of the case part, and the rear side protrudes more backward than the rear side of the case part. A handle (290) is prepared in a side of the extension part to be well inserted to the accommodating part.
