The present invention relates to a medical electric forceps device to cure a spine disease. The medical electric forceps device to cure a spine disease includes: a handle body including a handle for an operator grip, and a cylindrical guide horizontally extending from a top end of the handle； a wire guide connected to a front end of the cylindrical guide while communicating therewith； a flexible pipe fixated to a front end of the wire guide； a forceps guide fixated to a front end of the flexible pipe； first and second forcipes operatively fixated to a front end of the forceps guide including first and second forceps surfaces locally conducted on the facing surfaces thereof； first and second direction change wires including the ends fixated to an outer peripheral surface of an end of the forceps guide to control a direction； first and second forceps operation wires including the ends fixated to the ends of the first and second forcipes to operate the first and second forcipes； and first and second conducting lines including the ends connected to the first and second forceps surfaces to supply power to the first and second forceps surfaces. According to the present invention, since a direction of the forceps is freely changed, a curing is easy. A lesion position is exactly searched and removed such that a curing effect is increased. Since there are no particles from which a nucleus pulposus is removed, a possibility of generating a second disease is minimized by increasing sanitation.
