The present invention provides an industrial safety management system based on a biorhythm, to detect a biorhythm and provide a suitable working environment according to business intensity based on the detected biorhythm, so as to prevent occurrence of an accident. To this end, the industrial safety management system comprises: a biometric signal detection apparatus to detect a signal of a person to be examined, and to digitalize and output the detected biometric signal； and a biorhythm detection apparatus to calculate a biorhythm including a physical rhythm, an emotional rhythm, and an intelligent rhythm based on digitalized data outputted from the biometric signal detection apparatus, and to determine and display a high period and a low period with respect to each rhythm. The biometric signal includes a voice signal, a blood pressure, a pulse, a brainwave, an electrocardiogram, a body heat, a physical index, and muscle strength.본 발명은 바이오리듬을 검출하고, 검출된 바이오리듬에 근거하여 업무 강도에 따라 적절한 근무환경을 제공하여 안전사고의 발생을 방지할 수 있는 바이오리듬 기반 산업현장용 안전관리 시스템을 제공하는 데 있다.상기의 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 바이오리듬 기반 산업현장용 안전관리 시스템은 검사 대상자의 생체 신호를 검출하고, 상기 검출된 생체신호를 수치화하여 출력하는 생체신호 검출장치； 및 상기 생체신호 검출장치에서 출력되는 수치화된 데이터에 근거하여 신체리듬, 감성리듬 및 지성리듬으로 구성되는 바이오리듬을 산출하고, 각각의 리듬에 대한 고조기 및 저조기를 판단하여 표시하는 바이오리듬 검출장치；를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 생체신호는 음성신호, 혈압, 맥박수, 뇌파, 심전도, 체온, 신체지수 및 근력으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
