The steam generative warming device 10 contains a capsaicin analog and a menthol in a capsaicin analog/menthol mass ratio of 1/300 to 1/20000. It is preferred that the capsaicin analog be present in an element adapted to be brought into direct contact with the user's skin and the menthol be present in an element adapted not to be brought into contact with the user's skin.피산화성 금속의 산화에 의한 발열에 수반하여 수증기를 방출하는 수증기 발생부 (30) 를 갖는 수증기 발생 온열구 (10) 이다. 수증기 발생 온열구 (10) 는 캡사이신 유연체 및 멘톨류를 함유한다. 캡사이신 유연체와 멘톨류의 질량비 (캡사이신 유연체/멘톨류) 를 1/300 ∼ 1/20000 으로 하였다. 캡사이신 유연체를 수증기 발생 온열구의 부재 중, 사용자의 피부에 직접 접하는 부재에 존재시키고, 또한 멘톨류를 수증기 발생 온열구의 부재 중, 사용자의 피부에 닿지 않는 부재에 존재시키는 것이 바람직하다.
