PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophysiological study apparatus, even when acquiring a plurality of intracardiac electrocardiograms using multiple electrodes, capable of easily and batchedly executing a setup related to the multiple intracardiac electrocardiograms, a so-called channel setup of the intracardiac electrocardiograms.SOLUTION: When an input device 200 selects a start point and an end point in a same column of a plurality of intracardiac electrocardiograms, a channel setup part 310 batchedly executes a setup a range from the start point to the end point, the setup reflecting regulations based on electrode points of an electrode catheter.
