The purpose of the present invention is to provide an adsorption material capable of selectively adsorbing immunosuppressive leukocytes. The present disclosure provides an immunosuppressive leukocyte adsorption material containing a water-insoluble carrier to which is bonded one or more nitrogen-containing compounds selected from polyamines represented by a prescribed formula and aliphatic amines represented by a prescribed formula, the water-insoluble carrier having the form of fibers or particles, the diameter of the fibers or the particles being 15-50 μm, and the arithmetic mean roughness of the surface of the water-insoluble carrier being 0.1-3.0 μm.
