The present invention relates to a wound retractor. More specifically, the wound retractor comprises: a first ring formed on an upper portion of the wound retractor; a second ring which is formed on a lower portion of the wound retractor and is made of an elastic member to be inserted into an incision site of a patient; and a sleeve forming a path by connecting the first and second rings. The second ring has a groove for friction formed on the upper side of the second ring, thereby enhancing friction of the second ring on the abdominal wall after the second ring is inserted into the incision site of the patient. The wound retractor having a groove for friction proposed in the present invention comprises: a first ring formed on an upper portion of the wound retractor; a second ring which is formed on a lower portion of the wound retractor and is made of an elastic member to be inserted into an incision site of a patient; and a sleeve forming a path by connecting the first and second rings. The groove for friction is formed on the upper side of the second ring, thereby enhancing friction with the abdominal wall after the second ring is inserted into the abdomen of the patient to facilitate fixation of the wound retractor. In addition, according to the present invention, the second ring is fixated on the abdominal wall by friction due to the groove for friction of the second ring (non-rotational properties), the connection sleeve between the first and second rings is blocked when the first ring is rotated, and thus pneumoperitoneum in the abdominal cavity can be maintained. Moreover, the second ring and the sleeve are connected by thermal bonding, thereby being integrated without a separate connector to facilitate rotation of the device and lower manufacturing costs. Furthermore, the wound retractor more comprises recesses formed on the lateral side of the second ring at predetermined intervals, thereby facilitating insertion into the incision site of the patient by be
