PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide the configuration of interlock and non-interlock mechanisms of a back receiver, a waist receiver and a leg receiver in a stretcher.SOLUTION: A back receiver 4, a waist receiver 5, a leg receiver 6 and a switching part 11 provided on an upper part of a bottom frame 3 are pivotably attached in a respectively rotatable manner, and interlocking and non-interlocking of the back receiver 4, the waist receiver 5 and the leg receiver 6 can easily be switched by rotatably operating a switching handle 115 such that a lower switching pin 38 of the bottom frame 3 is engaged with a non-interlock mechanism 116a of a switching plate 116 provided in the switching part 11 in the case of raising only the back receiver 4, and that an upper switching pin 44 of the back receiver 4 is engaged with an interlock groove 116b of the switching plate 116 in the case of interlockingly raising the back receiver 4, the waist receiver 5 and the leg receiver 6.【課題】ストレッチャーにおける背受と腰受と脚受の連動及び非連動機構の構成を簡単に提供すること。【解決手段】ボトムフレーム３上方に配設した背受４と腰受５と脚受６と切替部１１を、それぞれ回動可能に軸着し、該背受４のみ起こす場合には、該切替部１１に備えた切替プレート１１６の非連動溝１１６ａに該ボトムフレーム３の下切替ピン３８に係合させ、該背受４と該腰受５と該脚受６を連動させて起こす場合には、該切替プレート１１６の連動溝１１６ｂに該背受４の上切替ピン４４に係合させるように、切替ハンドル１１５を回動操作することによって該背受４と該腰受５と該脚受６の連動と非連動を簡単に切り替えることができるように構成した。【選択図】図９
