PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral hygiene device that has a structure capable of contributing to the miniaturization of the oral hygiene device.SOLUTION: A portable oral hygiene device includes: a toothbrush attachment 50 for cleaning teeth an electric motor 41 for vibrating the toothbrush attachment 50 a body case 11 for holding the electric motor 41 a grip case 70 for covering the outer surface of the body case 11 and a cap 80 for protecting the toothbrush attachment 50. The body case 11 and the grip case 70 have a gripping and connecting structure that allows the relative operation between the body case 11 and the grip case 70.
