The composition further contains one or more kinds of ginsenoside Rb1, Rb2, Rh1, and Rd, as active ingredient. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises: a step of pulverizing black ginseng； a step of swelling and sterilizing the pulverized black ginseng； a step of cooling the black ginseng and adjusting acidity； and a step of treating the black ginseng with an enzyme.
