The present invention relates to an orthodontic device and an orthodontic method wherein the invention comprises: an arch wire formed in a track corresponding to a corrected tooth profile of teeth of an upper tooth group or a lower tooth group and provided either to a labial or a lingual side of the tooth group； a mini tube positioned on a tooth surface of a correction target tooth and allowing a movement of the inserted arch wire at the time of tooth movement of the correction target tooth； and a bonding block for bonding the mini tube to a tooth surface of the correction target tooth. The present invention is different from a prior art in that the invention has a mini tube shape, but is able to bond the mini tube to the entire teeth, able to insert an oval shape arch wire to the entire teeth, able to attach the mini tube, used for inserting the arch wire, to a tooth surface by using the bonding block, thereby, enables an easy attachment of the orthodontic device, in addition can be easily attached to the arch wire fixedly installed to teeth by opening a portion of a circumferential surface of the mini tube in an axial direction.본 발명은 치아 교정장치 및 치아 교정 방법에 관한 것으로, 상측치아군의 치아 또는 하측치아군의 치아의 교정 치형에 대응하는 궤적으로 형성되어 치아군의 순측(脣側) 또는 설측(舌側)에 구비되는 아치와이어, 교정 대상 치아의 치면에 위치하여, 교정 대상 치아의 치체(齒體) 이동시 삽입된 아치와이어의 움직임을 허용하는 미니튜브, 및 이 미니튜브를 교정 대상 치아의 치면에 접착하는 접착블록을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명은 종래 기술과 달리 미니 튜브 형태를 취하지만 전체 치아에 미니 튜브를 붙이고, 타원형태의 아치 와이어를 전체치아에 걸쳐 모두 삽입할 수 있고, 아치와이어를 삽입하는 미니튜브를 접착블록을 사용하여 치아의 표면에 부착함으로써 교정 장치의 장착을 용이하게 하며, 미니튜브의 둘레면 일부를 축 방향을 따라 개방함으로써 치아에 고정 설치된 아치와이어에 용이하게 장착할 수 있다.
