PURPOSE: A coffee brewing device and a method thereof are provided to maintain the coffee of high quality by simultaneously processing all processes of roasting coffee beans, storing by the classification, pulverizing the stored coffee beans according to selections of consumers, and extracting the coffee. CONSTITUTION: A coffee brewing device (1) comprises unroasted beans storages (100), a roaster (200), coffee beans storages (300), a pulverizing device (400), an extractor (500), and a transfer device (600). The unroasted beans storages store unroasted beans by the classification. The coffee beans storages store roasted coffee beans by the classification. The pulverizing device selects one or more coffee beans and pulverizes the same. The extractor adds the water to the pulverized coffee bean powder and extracts the coffee. The transfer device transfers the unroasted beans or the coffee beans to the roaster, the coffee beans storages, and the pulverizing device.본 발명은 커피 추출 장치 및 그 이용 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 원두를 로스팅하여 종류별로 저장하고 저장된 원두를 소비자의 선택에 따라 골라 분쇄한 후 커피로 추출하는 단계를 원스탑(One Stop)으로 처리하여 커피의 맛과 향을 최상의 상태로 유지하는 커피 추출 장치 및 그 이용 방법에 관한 것이다. 위와 같은 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 의한 커피 추출 장치는, 생두(Green Bean)를 종류별로 개별 저장하는 복수의 생두 저장고； 복수의 생두 중 선택된 하나의 생두를 로스팅하는 로스터； 로스팅된 원두를 종류별로 개별 저장하는 복수의 원두 저장고； 상기 복수의 원두 중 하나 또는 둘 이상을 선택하여 분쇄하는 분쇄기； 분쇄된 원두가루에 물을 가하여 커피를 추출하는 추출기； 및 상기 생두 또는 원두를 상기 로스터, 원두 저장고 및 분쇄기로 이송하는 이송수단；을 포함한다.
