PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal measurement gauge and an internal measurement system for appropriately measuring a dimension of an object to be measured by inserting the gauge inside and by comparing the object to be measured and the gauge, even in a subject having the internal object to be measured relatively large in dimension compared to the width of an opening of the entrance part.
SOLUTION: The internal measurement gauge 30 includes: an insertion part 31 on which a pair of openings 39 are formed an operation part for moving an operation wire 36 inserted through the insertion part 31 back and forth a fixed part 40 connected to the tip of the operation wire 36 and a pair of gauge parts 33 for rotating against the fixed part 40 from a storage state extending to the axial tip side inside of the insertion part 31 to a measurement state stretching out from the opening 39 of the insertion part 31 to the lateral side, wherein in the insertion part 31 and a pair of the gauge parts 33, a contact part 55 is disposed in one part, making contact to the other part by advancing the gauge part 33 to the tip side, and in the other part a guide face 56 is disposed so as to rotate the gauge part 33, which advances to the tip side by contacting and sliding the contact part 55, from the storage state to the measuring state.
