PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical handpiece having a spray injection mechanism capable of sufficiently mixing air and liquid, having a large pattern width and capable of achieving a uniform atomized state in the whole spray injection pattern.SOLUTION: The medical handpiece 1 includes: a grip part 2 to be gripped by an operator a head part 4 disposed at the distal end of the grip part 2 for a cutting tool 5 to be detachably attached in such a way as to intersect a longitudinal axis 40a of the grip part 2 a water supply conduit 10 and an air supply conduit 11 inserted into the grip part 2 to reach the head part 4 and a water spray conduit 9 formed in the head part 4 for mixing water from the water supply conduit 10 with air from the air supply conduit 11 to be jetted from a jetting port 91 toward the cutting tool 5.
