According to the method for generating tooth arrangement data, a function of generating an intermediate tooth model predicted in an orthodontic process between an initial tooth model before an orthodontic treatment and a final tooth model after the orthodontic treatment, and automatically updating other intermediate tooth models by reflecting correction content of the intermediate tooth model, is provided. Therefore, when a set of teeth arrangement data for a transparent brace design is constructed, an operation of a user is minimized, thereby greatly increasing user convenience and effectively reducing time required for a design process.
