PURPOSE: A torque wrench for implant surgery is provided to transplant fixture more easily, to alleviate post-operative pain and to shorten surgery time. CONSTITUTION: A torque wrench for implant surgery includes: a head(10) which is combined with the standardized head unit of a fixture； a body(20) of a bar shape which is formed to be expanded form the head； and a joint region(40) which is bent to cope with the implanting angle for user's implant surgery in the state that the head is connected to the head unit of the fixture. The joint region includes: a hinge-binding part(41) which is connected to the lateral side of the head； and a combination controller(42) which is used to fix or unfasten the hinge-binding part.본 발명은, 임플란트 시술시 나사형태의 조임부를 가지며 제작된 픽스츄어를 회전시켜 매식할 때, 환자의 구강구조 및 치아의 종류별 위치에 따라 가장 적합한 시술각도를 유지할 수 있도록 하여 픽스츄어가 보다 쉽게 매식될 수 있도록 하고, 환자의 통증도 완화시킬 수 있도록 한 임플란트 시술용 토오크 렌치에 관한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명은, 픽스츄어의 규격화된 머리부에 결합되는 헤드, 헤드에서 연장형성된 바(bar) 형태의 몸체로 된 기본 구성을 가지며, 상기 몸체에는 픽스츄어의 머리부에 헤드가 결합된 상태에서 시술자가 몸체를 잡는 각도를 자유롭게 유지할 수 있도록 절곡되는 1이상의 관절부가 설치되어 구성된다.
