The present invention relates to a height adjustable automatic candle lifter and a seat using the same. According to the present invention, the automatic candle lifter comprises: upper and lower case units including a space part into which a candle is inserted a candle holding unit formed in the lower case unit upper and lower elastic body fastening units coupled to the upper and lower case units, respectively an elastic body through-hole to penetrate the upper case unit and a height adjustment elastic body combined with the upper and lower elastic body fastening units.
