An adhesive patch which comprises a substrate having stretchability and a pressure-sensitiveadhesive layer superposed on at least one side of the substrate. The stretchsubstrate comprises a both-side-knitted woven fabric including two or morerows of a crimped polyethylene terephthalate multifilament yarn. The pressure-sensitiveadhesive layer comprises 25-50 mass% liquid organic ingredient and 25-50 mass%thermoplastic elastomer based on the whole adhesive layer, the liquid organicingredient containing at least 10 mass% methyl salicylate based on the wholeadhesive layer. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a storage elasticitymodulus (G) as measured at 10 rad/s and 37°C of 30,000-75,000 Pa.
